We strive for perfection in every bottle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging. Please include the original packing slip.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
